Location: Hybrid (3 days office) in West London, United Kingdom
Salary: £30,000–£35,000

What you will do
- Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Braze.
- Create audience segments aligned to customer journeys.
- Write compelling, conversion-focused campaign copy.
- Collaborate with IT to understand CRM data flows.
- Run A/B testing to optimise targeting and performance.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in CRM or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys.
- Hands-on exposure to a marketing automation platform.
- Interest in learning Liquid and deeper segmentation skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded, and technically curious approach.
