What you will do
- Lead the conversion of inbound leads into customers and drive deals to closing.
- Own Spain’s revenue targets, commercial KPIs, and improve conversion rates and sales productivity.
- Build, manage, and develop the Madrid-based sales organization, recruiting new team members and installing a high-performance sales culture.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and developing strategic partnerships.
- Gather structured market insights for Product and HQ, refining positioning for the Spanish market.
- Lay foundations for future country leadership, potentially expanding to full P&L responsibility and cross-functional team leadership.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Experience managing and scaling teams (minimum 3–5 people) with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical, operational, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Madrid.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
