Location: Remote from Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia only. This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage comprehensive business plans for OEM, ODM, and CM partners across the LATAM region.
  • Co-develop and implement go-to-market strategies and design partner programs.
  • Coordinate co-selling initiatives to drive revenue generation and increase premium product mix adoption.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within assigned partner accounts and position hirify.global as a thought leader.
  • Analyze market trends, provide strategic input to internal organizations, and monitor the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese/Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the IT industry with proven account management.
  • Track record of achieving sales and marketing goals.
  • Knowledge of the LATAM consumer/OEM/retail market.
  • Ability to influence at all organizational levels and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Must live and work from Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior account management experience and co-marketing proven experience.
  • Familiarity with current consumer PC platform offerings and hirify.global product knowledge.
