What you will do
- Drive meetings and pitches to win new business.
- Implement customer acquisition strategies for the Swedish market.
- Understand prospective issuer's initiatives and needs.
- Coordinate internal resources to engage with prospective issuers.
- Produce and present pipeline reports for executive management.
- Manage relationships with clients and represent hirify.global at events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales and business development experience within the financial sector.
- Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with the C-Suite.
- Proven IPO experience, with hands-on involvement throughout the listing process.
- Experience in financial advisory, including Corporate Finance, Private equity, fundraising.
- Previous experience of public speaking.
- Strong English skills and Fluent in Swedish.
