TL;DR

Senior Inside Sales Representative (Fintech): Generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads for the sales pipeline across Nordic markets with an accent on outbound prospecting, strategic conversations, and building long-term value. Focus on identifying decision-makers, securing high-quality sales meetings, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities.

Location: Hybrid working model with 1 day per week in our London Canary Wharf or Stockholm office.

What you will do

  • Actively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and continuously enrich a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Engage with both new prospects and an existing customer base to identify decision-makers.
  • Initiate conversations and secure high-quality sales meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting.
  • Solid understanding of early-stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospect mapping tools.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Analytical mindset combined with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Fluent Swedish.
