Location: Hybrid working model with 1 day per week in our London Canary Wharf or Stockholm office.

What you will do
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
- Engage with both new prospects and an existing customer base to identify decision-makers.
- Initiate conversations and secure high-quality sales meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting.
- Solid understanding of early-stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospect mapping tools.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Analytical mindset combined with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Fluent English and Fluent Swedish.
