What you will do

• Search for candidates for iGaming companies across various roles.
• Utilize diverse sourcing tools including LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, and Boolean search.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates effectively.
• Build and maintain a stable pipeline for active vacancies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and test new sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and sourcing trackers.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience in iGaming is required.
• Good written Russian and English at B1+ level or higher.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar platforms.
• Ability to quickly understand new roles and learn fast.

Nice to have

• Experience in other niches besides iGaming.
• Own network or database of contacts in iGaming.
