What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pre-screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and reference checks.
• Creatively find and recruit talented candidates using common sourcing tools.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers.
• Leverage WorkDay to ensure effective and efficient recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Recruiting experience.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
• Expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects.
• Team player and creative thinker.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bulgarian.
