Location: Hybrid in Riga, Latvia

Salary: €15,200 – €22,800 annually (gross)

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative channels.
  • Discover and develop new sourcing channels and innovative methods to expand the talent pool.
  • Collaborate closely with talent partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team functions.
  • Proactively build diverse talent pipelines through targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Track and analyse pipeline activity to provide valuable insights and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, conduct research, and experiment with new sourcing tools and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to develop your skills within Talent Acquisition.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships across teams and candidates.
