What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments.
• Create job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers.
• Handle approval tasks and participate in the offer process.
• Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods.
• Assist with pre-onboarding activities.

Requirements

• A background in IT recruitment with knowledge of the IT labor market in Europe, the USA, and worldwide.
• 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers.
• LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search tools, and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
