What you will do

  • Identify and engage passive candidates using various sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future requisitions, tracking key metrics.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and promote employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on sourcing experience in tech startups or scale-ups, ideally with remote/international hiring.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever/Greenhouse, and Hunter.io, with strong Boolean search skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing outreach in cross-time-zone environments.
  • High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and comfort working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Familiarity with global compliance (e.g., GDPR) and remote-first cultures.
