📢 We are HIRING Recruiter (iGaming)
🚀Experience: 6+ month
📍Location: Belarus, remote
🌟What you will do:
• Search for and attract candidates via social media, professional platforms, conferences, and personal networking
• Full-cycle recruitment: from first contact to candidate onboarding
• Close collaboration with VIP, Marketing, Retention and Customer Support department
• Manage 10+ open vacancies simultaneously with a strong focus on results
• Work confidently with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
• Conduct interviews in English
🌟What we are looking for:
• 6+ months of experience in recruitment
• English level B1+ (B2 preferred)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Proactive mindset and result-oriented approach
