What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners by defining program goals, engagement models, and success metrics.
- Develop and execute partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews, track joint pipeline, and deepen partner engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services on partner-sourced deals and delivery.
- Track and report on partner program KPIs including revenue, activity, and satisfaction.
- Build trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders and resolve program issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and drive alignment.
- Comfortable engaging with executives and presenting program updates.
- Highly self-directed with strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships.
- Experience working cross-functionally with remote and distributed teams.
