Location: Hybrid, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden

What you will do
- Be overall responsible for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and service level agreement compliance.
- Develop and implement operational solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency, identifying opportunities for upsell.
- Present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to customer managers, providing insights and recommendations.
- Translate customer feedback into internal actions across operations, charging, and product.
- Secure budget adherence and maintain financial control over customer operations, including invoice approval and annual price adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- +5 years of experience in a relevant business area, preferably with hands-on experience in logistics.
- Experience from customer-facing roles with proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how to manage and improve Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, organization, and follow-through.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
