TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Focused on Greenfield opportunity development. Responsible for the complete sales lifecycle, from initial prospect engagement and qualification through discovery, solution alignment, commercial negotiation, contracting, and deal close, ensuring a seamless and accountable customer experience. Focus on continuously filling the top of the funnel with high-quality leads and progressing opportunities through the pipeline.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $84,100.00 - $147,900.00

What you will do

  • Own the End-to-End Sales Process.
  • Proactive Prospecting using Salesloft, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and engage new prospects in Greenfield accounts.
  • Build and Maintain a Robust Pipeline with high levels of outreach activity.
  • Develop account penetration strategies for key Greenfield accounts.
  • Maintain CRM Discipline in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ or more years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently generate, manage, and advance a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Hunter Mentality with a focus on sourcing and qualifying new leads.
  • Experience using tools like 6sense, Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with key verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, and Technology is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and related sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with cloud-based or customer experience (CX) solutions.
  • Background in targeting and successfully penetrating large Greenfield accounts.
