Location: Remote, must be based in North America (US or Canada) with a preference for EST time zone.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver expert-level hardware and system software installations for healthcare clients.
• Provide technical support, triage, and troubleshooting for implementation teams.
• Lead interface and data conversion development using specialized tools.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal staff.
• Build and maintain toolsets to support evolving business and client requirements.
• Provide sales support to assist in designing tailored technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical consulting or implementation role.
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise hardware, including Clustering, SAN, and complex networking.
• Experience with Paragon or another EHR system.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSRS or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools for coding, data validation, or conversion workflows.
