Location: Remote (US-based)
Salary: $110,000–$120,000

What you will do
- Own and optimize NeuroNav’s HubSpot instance, including workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, and reporting architecture.
- Manage integrations, oversee Commerce Hub order forms and invoicing workflows with QuickBooks, and maintain customer lifecycle documentation.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile new sales and upsell data, ensuring invoicing and subscription accuracy.
- Manage the Client Support Team, monitoring ticket volume, fulfillment rates, and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards for lifecycle, revenue, and support, ensuring data integrity for leadership decision-making.
- Train teams on HubSpot workflows and operational tools, onboarding new hires and maintaining process guides.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in revenue operations, CRM administration, or client operations.
- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- Experience reconciling CRM data with finance systems like QuickBooks.
- Experience overseeing a support or ticket-based operations team.
- Strong experience managing integrations and dashboards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Clear communicator and patient trainer, comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
