What you will do

• Manage recurring Rev Org reports (Board Decks, Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews, etc).
• Build analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue team performance.
• Partner with Business Intelligence team to increase reporting efficiency and ensure alignment across key reporting systems.
• Proactively assess trends & gaps in data and synthesize actionable recommendations to revenue leadership & data management teams.
• Be an SME on Rev Org data for key partners: Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, BI, etc.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (ideally in business, finance, math, or quantitative analysis).
• 3+ years of experience in an operations and/or analyst role (Consulting, FP&A, RevOps, BizOps).
• Expertise in Google Sheets (preferred) or Excel and Looker, including building complex and flexible analytical models.
• Familiarity with GTM metrics such as Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, Retention, Sales Cycle, and Quota Attainment.
• Ability to ask the right questions to uncover the “ultimate why” behind analytical exercises and to push back when necessary.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM (particularly reports and dashboards).
