Salary: $85,000 - $94,000 USD (yearly)

What you will do

• Examine data to identify opportunities and insights within the customer journey.
• Develop data-driven hypotheses on lead journey performance and design A/B tests.
• Manage documentation for all ongoing and completed tests.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Strategy, Enablement, and Technology Teams to enhance decisioning models and improve data fidelity.
• Drive efficiencies by automating repetitive processes and supporting QA/QC functions.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and ideation through new learning tools and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of marketing analytical experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical experiment design, readout, and model development.
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA decisioning tool and its reporting capabilities.
