Location: Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: $110,200–$145,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, and enablement of compensation programs and strategies.
- Provide advice and creative solutions to complex compensation issues.
- Guide HR Business Partners, Finance, and leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Manage the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit, promotion, and market adjustment recommendations.
- Oversee job architecture, including job evaluation, leveling, and structure/grade assignments.
- Develop incentive programs that drive high performance and monitor total rewards for market competitiveness and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, compensation benchmarking tools, and HRIS Systems (Workday preferred).
- Experience working in and across global teams and with global compliance.
