TL;DR

HR Partner: Creating engaging experiences for employees and developing the organization with an accent on talent and career development, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management. Focus on leveraging people data to diagnose issues, leading change management initiatives, and partnering with global business leaders.

Location: This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA, NY, & WA). Travel to locations may be required.

Salary: New York City Base Pay Range: $114,707—$168,237 USD; California Base Pay Range: $100,943—$148,049 USD; Washington Base Pay Range: $91,766—$134,589 USD

What you will do

  • Possess an understanding of a fast growth, global company and the impacts this has on teams.
  • Provide proactive pragmatic coaching to business units in areas like talent and career development, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Leverage people data to diagnose issues, recommend actions, and measure outcomes for the teams you support.
  • Attend business team status meetings to understand the business, people, and project changes.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives as well as acquisition integration as needed.
  • Partner with business leaders globally to build plans, projects, and trainings, in partnership with other HR teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of HR Generalist and HRBP experience, including partnering with senior leaders.
  • Experience exceeding and delivering results in a complex global fast-paced organization.
  • Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy.
  • Practical experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment.
