What you will do
- Own lifecycle automation end-to-end, from strategy to optimization.
- Act as an internal Braze expert, managing advanced canvas logic, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Build technically resilient lifecycle journeys handling data edge cases, localization, and scale.
- Define and evolve lifecycle KPIs across activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, holdouts, and incrementality frameworks to prove impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Customer Support to align lifecycle automation with product and regulatory needs.
Requirements
- Must be based within Europe to support a hybrid work model.
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, engagement, or retention roles.
- Hands-on ownership of lifecycle automation and campaign execution.
- Strong, practical experience with Braze, including Canvas, segmentation, reporting, and Product Catalogs.
- Solid working knowledge of Liquid templating, including conditional logic and dynamic personalization.
- Experience measuring incrementality and long-term lifecycle impact.
- Proven ability to work closely with Data and Engineering on automation requirements.

- Background in fintech, investments, or other regulated environments.
- Conversational German.
