TL;DR
Marketing Manager (CRM) (SaaS): Design and manage lifecycle automations tailored to host behaviors, business objectives, and regional requirements. Focus on optimizing workflows using AI capabilities, and ensuring clear and compliant communication with hosts across different regions.
Location: Hybrid setup with 50% in-office time in Munich, Germany, and up to 8 weeks a year from other locations.

What you will do
- Design and manage lifecycle automations by creating multi-channel journeys tailored to host behaviors and business objectives.
- Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows and enable dynamic personalization.
- Collaborate with BI and Marketing Tech teams to leverage user data and event tracking for precise targeting.
- Build and analyze performance dashboards and monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, Business, and Regulatory teams to ensure that updates are communicated clearly and compliantly.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or email automation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Airship, Braze, or similar platforms to build and manage scalable campaigns.
- A data-first mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, analyze user behavior, and apply insights.
- Interest or experience in applying AI to marketing, including workflow optimization and predictive analytics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
