TL;DR

Lifecycle Manager (Crypto): Owning and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle flows for Crypto products with an accent on funnel and cohort analytics, segmentation, and retention programs. Focus on identifying behavioral drop-offs, designing interventions, and leading growth and engagement campaigns.

Location: Remote: Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE. Office: Dubai, Madrid.

Compensation: PLN18,400 - PLN29,100 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

  • Own and optimise end-to-end lifecycle flows using funnel and cohort analytics.
  • Develop event-based and segmentation-based retention and reactivation programs.
  • Work with Product, Product Marketing & Data to identify behavioural drop-offs and design interventions.
  • Lead growth and engagement campaigns, product rollouts, seasonal moments, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Own creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and narrative consistency across all touch-points.
  • Manage campaign workflows, production timelines, approvals, and localisation by market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing / CRM / Growth Marketing (Fintech, Crypto, or Consumer Tech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour and funnel analytics.
  • Experience developing segmentation strategies and multi-step journey flows.
  • Ability to write clear, compelling messaging aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional, globally distributed environment.
