What you will do
- Own and optimise end-to-end lifecycle flows using funnel and cohort analytics.
- Develop event-based and segmentation-based retention and reactivation programs.
- Work with Product, Product Marketing & Data to identify behavioural drop-offs and design interventions.
- Lead growth and engagement campaigns, product rollouts, seasonal moments, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Own creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and narrative consistency across all touch-points.
- Manage campaign workflows, production timelines, approvals, and localisation by market.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing / CRM / Growth Marketing (Fintech, Crypto, or Consumer Tech preferred).
- Strong understanding of user behaviour and funnel analytics.
- Experience developing segmentation strategies and multi-step journey flows.
- Ability to write clear, compelling messaging aligned with compliance requirements.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional, globally distributed environment.
