TL;DR

Senior Talent Business Partner: Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions within the Sales organization with an accent on diversity and inclusion strategies and best-in-class candidate experience. Focus on sourcing active and passive candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and utilizing modern recruiting tools efficiently.

Location: Onsite in Glendale, CA. Candidates must be residing in the United States.

Salary: $104,500–$139,700 USD (base salary for US candidates, plus annual bonus and equity)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Sales positions to meet hiring goals.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion strategies throughout the hiring process.
  • Source and attract candidates using various resources like direct sourcing, referrals, and social networks.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met.
  • Maintain accountability to the team, hiring leaders, and candidates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, start-up, or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar).
  • Experience using modern recruiting tools including ATS systems (Workday), LinkedIn, Indeed, and Hiretual.
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority positions.
