What you will do

• Issue, manage, and track purchase orders for AI infrastructure components including GPUs, networking, rack integration, power, and cooling systems.
• Own operational supplier execution against committed delivery schedules and proactively identify gaps.
• Escalate delivery risks internally and externally to protect deployment timelines and lead expedite decision-making.
• Coordinate inbound logistics, shipment tracking, and site delivery schedules across global locations.
• Partner with datacenter deployment, infrastructure, and logistics teams to ensure delivery readiness.
• Track and manage supplier On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and alignment to approved budgets and purchase orders.
• Maintain delivery risk dashboards and provide executive-level visibility, establishing scalable processes, tools, and reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operational procurement, supply chain execution, or materials management within infrastructure, hardware, or datacenter environments.
• Proven track record managing high-value, high-volume hardware procurement programs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain execution versus strategic sourcing disciplines.
• Experience managing global suppliers with complex delivery schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to escalate and resolve delivery risks under time pressure.
• Strong financial discipline with experience managing PO accuracy, invoice validation, and budget controls.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, deployment, logistics, and finance teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to create and interpret delivery performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth AI infrastructure environment.

• Experience in AI infrastructure, GPU supply chains, or hyperscale datacenter environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
