Salary: $225k - 300k OTE

What you will do

• Lead the transition from PoC to production, ensuring customer workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Act as a trusted technical partner for customer engineering teams, providing guidance on best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for production incidents, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
• Translate customer technical challenges into actionable feedback for Product and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid technical background in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-load applications.
• Experience working directly with technical stakeholders, such as ML engineers and technical leads.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reason about complex system performance.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU workloads or AI-specific infrastructure.
• Familiarity with inference frameworks such as vLLM or TensorRT.
• Professional background in solutions engineering, SRE, or B2B technical support.
