Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, USA

Salary: $280k – $300k + Equity & Commission

What you will do

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary organization consisting of Agent Strategists, Agent Engineers, and Customer Support.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from initial engagement through long-term expansion.
  • Operationalize a data-driven Net Revenue Retention (NRR) engine to drive 10x customer value.
  • Translate field insights from enterprise accounts into product roadmap inputs.
  • Execute unified engagement strategies across inbound and outbound motions.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement effective retention strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across GTM, Solutions, or Customer Success in technical environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a history of growing enterprise accounts.
  • Deep technical fluency to engage credibly with both executives and engineers.
  • Ability to build playbooks from first principles as a highly autonomous operator.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
