What you will do
- Lead a multi-disciplinary organization consisting of Agent Strategists, Agent Engineers, and Customer Support.
- Own the full customer lifecycle from initial engagement through long-term expansion.
- Operationalize a data-driven Net Revenue Retention (NRR) engine to drive 10x customer value.
- Translate field insights from enterprise accounts into product roadmap inputs.
- Execute unified engagement strategies across inbound and outbound motions.
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement effective retention strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across GTM, Solutions, or Customer Success in technical environments.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Strong commercial instincts with a history of growing enterprise accounts.
- Deep technical fluency to engage credibly with both executives and engineers.
- Ability to build playbooks from first principles as a highly autonomous operator.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
