TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI Sales): Leading full-cycle enterprise and large enterprise sales cycles with an accent on driving significant ACV deals and defining sales motions. Focus on pipeline generation, strategic customer engagement, and collaborative sales strategy development within a high-growth AI sales technology startup.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA. Applicants must be US citizens or hold a valid US work visa. Relocation assistance may be considered.

Salary: $270,000–$300,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise and large enterprise sales cycles for six-figure deals.
  • Manage a balanced pipeline of inbound leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the founding sales team to build and refine sales motions and playbooks.
  • Engage with customers through on-site visits and industry conferences for deep discovery and deal closure.
  • Contribute to the collaborative culture and influence overall sales strategy from the San Francisco headquarters.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of total closing experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in the Enterprise segment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strategic account plans.
  • Desire to join and contribute to a Series A startup in a category-defining moment.
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office five days per week.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Must be US citizens or hold a valid US work visa.

Hiring process

  • Initial Behavioral Call (30 mins) with the Founder and CEO.
  • Take-Home Assessment: discovery call breakdown, account plan, mock discovery call.
  • Post-Assessment Review (30 mins) with Founding Account Executives and CEO.
  • On-Site Final Interview (1 hour) at the San Francisco office.
