Location: United States

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 (annual base + variable compensation) + competitive equity package

What you will do

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and actively engage with the community.
  • Conduct deep discovery with prospects and share the Arize vision.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated prospecting strategies to generate new deals.
  • Create sales plays, talk tracks, and strategically identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage proof of concepts, drive adoption, and expand existing accounts.
  • Leverage business acumen to navigate complex sales cycles and ensure success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, demonstrating hunger and motivation.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies for prospecting.
  • Self-starter comfortable with limited process environments.
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience and ability to navigate enterprise deals.
  • Strong communication skills to objectively convey observations from the field.
  • Must be able to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous selling experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with BANT or MEDDIC sales methodologies.
