TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Establishing partnerships with large enterprise customers to implement hirify.global's meal benefits platform with an accent on strategic sales cycles, contract negotiation, and engaging C-level executives. Focus on identifying net-new sales opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor to HR, People, Workplace Experience, Benefits, and Finance leaders.

Location: Remote, but must be based in one of the following US cities: New York City, San Francisco (Bay Area), Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Austin, Boston, Seattle, Minneapolis, Denver or Nashville.

Salary: Base compensation: $100k - $120k per year (OTE: $160k - $210k with uncapped commission).

What you will do

  • Develop strategies for identifying and closing net-new sales opportunities.
  • Lead the prospecting process in partnership with the sales development team.
  • Collaborate on and execute sales activities from contract negotiation to closing.
  • Target HR, People, Workplace Experience, Benefits, and Finance leaders as buyer personas.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • Verifiable record of top performance in a full cycle B2B sales role.
  • 5+ years selling to Enterprise clients.
  • Experience selling to HR, benefit, workplace, and finance leaders.
  • Must be data-driven and a dynamic thinker with business acumen.
  • Experience presenting and selling to C-level executives.
  • Highly proficient with productivity/sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Excel, and G-suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience with a solutions-focused sale (primarily SaaS).
