Location: Hybrid in México City, 3 days a week in-office required.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with hirify.global’s solutions.
- Create demand for hirify.global’s products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
- Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
- Must be located in México City.

- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
