Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain. Minimum 6 months commitment required.

What you will do

  • Master the "Full-Stack" outreach approach, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and strategic LinkedIn engagement for the UK market.
  • Conduct account-based research using modern sales tools and AI to map high-potential UK companies and identify key finance decision-makers.
  • Identify business pain points and translate complex financial workflows into clear business impact to qualify high-value opportunities.
  • Partner hand-in-hand with UK Account Executives to iterate on the "Value Proposition" and shape the UK go-to-market playbook.
  • Represent hirify.global as the first point of contact for the UK market, building trust and credibility with senior finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally studying finances or business).
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months (Madrid-based).
  • Native English is a must, with a deep understanding of UK business culture and society.
  • Ability to thrive in high-activity environments and view challenges as opportunities.
  • Ambitious, works fast, thinks clearly, and is a natural "Financial Storyteller."
  • Craves feedback and is eager to master the science of modern B2B sales.
