hirify.global is a fintech company seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow revenue by ensuring the adoption, growth, and success of its customers.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise customers, primarily in Spain.
  • Nurture relationships with partners, helping them market hirify.global’s offering and challenging their go-to-market strategy.
  • Track and analyze partners’ performance, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to align strategies and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate with product development, compliance, and other teams to shape solutions and integrate customer requirements.
  • Drive planned revenue growth, accelerate time-to-revenue during onboarding, and ensure high partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, key account sales, or CSM, preferably in a startup/scale-up environment or consulting.
  • Strong interest in startups and emerging technology businesses.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and regulatory aspects of a Financial Institution.
  • Fluent in Spanish with professional proficiency in English (B2 required).
  • Data-driven and highly analytical with a proven track record of delivering on revenue.
