Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Expanding hirify.global's market-leading AI solutions to Enterprise organizations across the Iberian market with an accent on qualifying and converting leads and managing the entire sales cycle. Focus on building new business pipelines, pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and exceeding monthly revenue goals.

Location: Hybrid work in Spain or Portugal (Iberian market), requiring office attendance twice a week.

What you will do

  • Grow the Iberian market for hirify.global's AI solutions within Enterprise organizations.
  • Act as an ambassador for hirify.global's products and an expert on customer needs to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.
  • Qualify and convert leads, managing the entire sales cycle for new business and incoming customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Build new business pipelines and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Forecast and track opportunities, customer details, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within the Iberian market.
  • Experience selling into and expanding Enterprise accounts, and winning new logos.
  • Consistent overachievement against sales quotas.
  • Ability to collaborate with and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to shift priorities and adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
