What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs, enhancing their outreach quality, objection handling, and overall performance.
- Provide hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role-play sessions to boost confidence and conversion rates.
- Build and deliver scalable training programs covering outbound techniques, messaging, and sales best practices.
- Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, social).
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on pipeline targets and improve lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Analyze and optimize BDR processes using data-driven insights to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS or technology organization.
- Skilled in Enterprise outbound, cold calling, target account engagement, and qualification methodologies.
- A strong coach with the ability to motivate, inspire, and upskill teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and similar tools.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
