What you will do
- Manage a named book of NOC business across the Middle East and Africa, driving growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (account development, customer success, marketing, professional services) to ensure client usage and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and partnerships.
- Organize client appreciation events and work with marketing for brand recognition.
- Run trials and data evaluations to expand client accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales in the Energy & Commodity space.
- Arabic Speaker.
- Understanding of Energy & Commodity market data solutions and landscape.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed large sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to implement a global strategy for account growth with pipeline forecasting.
- Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills.
