Solution Account Manager (MEA)

Location: Dubai, UAE. Country focus: Turkey, CIS and GCC, excluding KSA.

What you will do

• Grow revenue with existing customers through account plans and cross-selling.
• Expand the customer base in the Process, Energy & Transportation sector by engaging end users and channel partners.
• Build a market landscape for the Process, Energy & Transportation vertical across the Middle East.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales funnels, and achieve revenue targets.
• Work with Customer Innovation Centers on solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
• At least 10 years of experience in Operational Technology and at least 5 years of End User Sales experience.
• Proven Energy-sector sales experience with expertise in data and network solutions.
• Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, a matrix environment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Fluent English and fluency in at least one other relevant language required.
