Salary: 7,000–14,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract)

What you will do
- Research and identify new business opportunities across target markets (Europe, MENA, KSA).
- Qualify inbound leads and run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach, accelerate research, and improve pipeline quality.
- Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, capability decks, and tender responses.
- Coordinate introductory calls and discovery meetings, preparing briefs and follow-up materials.
- Contribute ideas on how to use AI to improve BD workflows and processes.
Requirements
- Polish and English fluency (spoken and written) required.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and the confidence to experiment with and implement them daily.
- Strong written communication skills, able to craft compelling, personalized outreach.
- Research-oriented mindset, enjoying digging into companies or industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
