PreSales Solution Expert (Digital Transactions): Supporting partners and customers on Namirial's product portfolio for signing, identification, and trust services with an accent on advising on best-fit products and integration into existing IT environments. Focus on driving sales with technical expertise, preparing proofs of concept, and delivering demos of signature solutions.

Location: Onsite in Ansfelden, Austria. Occasional business travel across Europe is involved.

Salary: €6,000 gross monthly

What you will do

• Support partners and customers with Namirial's digital transaction product portfolio.
• Advise on product suitability for use cases and integration into existing IT environments.
• Drive sales through technical expertise and customer focus.
• Prepare proofs of concept, including application installation, configuration, and occasional coding.
• Maintain customer documentation and provide internal and external stakeholder support.
• Deliver demos of signature solutions during the preSales phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in computer engineering or informatics.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital signatures, trust services, and identification solutions.
• Deep understanding of software development processes.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Ability to read code snippets and logs, with a good technical understanding of various programming languages and web services.
• Fluent German and English are mandatory.
