What you will do

• Collaborate with project team members to develop detailed project plans and construct Work Breakdown Structures.
• Report plan status and track change controls, risks, and issues.
• Maintain and monitor project plan execution and assigned action plans.
• Support project teams in service delivery, managing customer inquiries and requests.
• Initiate and manage internal and external communication, including weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting.
• Align IT Operations goals with defined business outcomes and support the translation of technical proposals into project deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficient in analytical and critical thinking, time management, work planning, prioritization, and organization.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with Work Breakdown Structure, Project Schedule, Project Statuses, Project Estimation and Financials, and Project Management documentation.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Resource Allocation / Workflow Tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira).
• System knowledge in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, IT Operations, Change Management, Systems Engineering, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure), Private Cloud, Cloud Cost Management, and Software SDLC.
• Project experience with singular project focus (500-3,000 hours) and average team size of 3-10 people.
• 1 year of insurance experience preferred, or 2 years in an IT Operations environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• English: Proficient written and oral communication required.
• Location: Must be based in Canada.
• For Quebec candidates: Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. English is required for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec. French-language training will be offered.
