What you will do
- Lead and scale an acquisition sales team for recreational and commercial vehicle marketplaces.
- Drive dealer acquisition strategy and accelerate revenue growth through disciplined execution.
- Coach and develop sales talent, conducting regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and pipeline coaching.
- Build, document, and continuously improve new business development playbooks and processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategy, coaching, and resourcing for optimal team performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising, account management, and/or business development experience.
- 2+ years experience in people management.
- Demonstrated track record of over-achievement of budget & KPI expectations.
- Experience selling B2B Digital Marketing solutions (Marketplace, Media, or Marketing preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM, specifically Salesforce.
- Comfortable developing actionable insights from large data sets.
Nice to have
- Experience, knowledge and decision maker relationships within the Recreational (Powersports, Recreational Vehicle, Marine) and Commercial (Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, media sales, or technology platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.
