What you will do
- Lead and structure the full bid process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Coordinate internal teams (Customer Experience, technical, data, AI experts) to gather inputs for proposals.
- Shape delivery strategies for proposals, including planning, governance, organization, and pricing.
- Ensure proposals are strategically positioned, competitive, and aligned with company objectives.
- Develop compelling bid documentation that articulates value propositions.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of complete and compliant proposals.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience, with a strong delivery background as a Project Manager or Project Director on complex projects.
- Knowledge of one or more technology environments such as Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, or MACH architectures.
- Strong team-oriented, analytical mindset with high rigor and attention to detail.
- Cross-functional leadership ability, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to liaise between business and technical communities.
- Solid grasp of commercial and contractual frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and oral.

- Fluent in Spanish.
