What you will do
- Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of ProcessOut.
- Plan and manage merchants' projects of implementing the solution.
- Answer merchants’ integration-related questions, including configuration, debugging, and testing.
- Manage incidents related to integration, including investigation, troubleshooting, and escalation.
- Partner internally with account managers, technical support, and engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update merchant-facing documentation to reduce implementation friction.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge of SaaS companies, web services, APIs, web applications, mobile apps, and IT infrastructure.
- Native level French or English communication skills.
- Ability to read and analyze server and application logs and debug errors.
- Strong experience working with REST HTTP APIs.
- Strong experience in project management, and ideally customer onboarding.
- Ability to investigate and solve complex technical problems to offer the best solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in a similar role in a tech company.
- Experience and knowledge working in the online payments industry.
- Prior customer service experience in a merchant-facing role.
- Advanced data analytics skills.
- Experience working with Javascript to design and build small application scripts.
- Ability to read and understand application code (Golang).
