What you will do

• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage customer implementations of the hirify.global platform.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring alignment among contributors.
• Responsible for internal reporting on project progress and escalation.
• Anticipate risks and issues, driving mitigation actions for project success.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high adoption and business value.
• Develop deep product expertise and contribute to the product vision.

Requirements

• Experience in deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations.
• Significant experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to act as a leader, supporting internal project team members.
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and empathy.
• Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• French and English language are essential.
• BA/BS degree required.
