Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage enterprise customer implementations in partnership with Solutions Architects and internal stakeholders.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, progress reporting, and escalation management.
• Coordinate project contributors, respond to customer resource requests, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive adoption and business value.
• Develop product expertise and collaborate with the product team on product vision and roadmap.
• Deliver presentations, trainings, creative solutions, and contribute to project management methodology updates.

Requirements

• Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations.
• Significant experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software or SaaS company.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, leadership, mediation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building customer relationships, preparing presentations for senior audiences, and explaining technical solutions.
• Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.
• French and English are essential. A BA/BS degree is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
