What you will do

• Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions using knowledge of the client and market.
• Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, project management, and profitability.
• Facilitate discussions/workshops with leaders to balance stakeholder needs and prioritize decisions.
• Support the translation of strategic direction onto organizational constructs and capabilities.
• Proactively enhance solutions' approach, tools, and skillset.

Requirements

• A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR/OD function.
• Significant experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions within/for complex, multinational organizations.
• Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges across a variety of business models and industries.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to build excellent client relationships, at all levels in the organization.
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel.
