What you will do
- Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions, leveraging expertise in organizational design, analytics, and change management.
- Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, project management, and profitability.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with leaders, balancing stakeholder needs and prioritizing decisions.
- Act as a relationship manager for large and complex clients with international points of contact.
- Develop business and lead proposals by articulating a compelling vision for transformation and identifying new opportunities.
- Enhance solutions' approach, tools, and skill set proactively.
Requirements
- A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR/OD function.
- Alternatively, significant work experience in a top tier professional services firm.
- Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions within/for complex, multinational organizations.
- Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
- Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges across a variety of business models and industries.
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to have
- Technical depth in cultural transformation, people strategy, top team development, or organization design.
- Experience and application of analytics in the context of large-scale business interventions.
- Experience of using organizational analytical tools (e.g. OrgVue, Dynaplan) is desired.
