What you will do
- Monitor performance of active countries and create reports with action plans.
- Improve customer experience by enhancing NPS and claim management processes.
- Launch new features for the insurance offer.
- Ensure current offers meet local customer expectations through cross-team and partner collaboration.
- Roll out new services or pricing in collaboration with various teams.
- Work on new Business-to-Customer premium services to increase conversion and loyalty.
Requirements
- 6-month internship duration (July/August - December 2026).
- Fully professional English and French capabilities (C1).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proactive attitude, team spirit, and ability to work with transversal teams.
- Strong Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Nice to have
- SQL skills.
- Experience in fintech or insurtech.
