Location: Must be based in Canada. This role is associated with multiple locations, including Toronto, Nova Scotia, Calgary, Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Vancouver, Oakville, and Ottawa. Up to 25% travel is required.

Salary: $120,800 - $151,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Coordinate the development and continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices for Microsoft solutions.
• Support the creation and evolution of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform offerings.
• Engage directly with key customers as a trusted advisor, guiding their Microsoft transformation journeys.
• Partner with Microsoft and other strategic partners to co-create solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong track record in methodology development, technical leadership, and innovation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical field (ideally with Microsoft technologies).
• Must be located in Canada and able to travel up to 25%.
