Salary: $140,000–$196,000 USD (base pay)

• Provide leadership and direction, taking accountability for team performance and results.
• Design and develop information technology solutions for internal or external clients.
• Formulate, communicate, and execute functional and organizational policies and practices.
• Evaluate current business processes and systems, driving cost-savings and risk control.
• Provide strategic input and guidance on IT systems strategy, development, and integration.
• Lead project teams to improve functionality of existing products and challenge others to be innovative.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree or MBA; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: At least 12 years.
• Specialized development in business acumen, financial, and strategic thinking.
• Maintain professional association memberships.
• Capability to work across related disciplines including Architecture, QA, Testing, Network design, and ERP customizations.
