Salary: For US-based roles, annual base salary is $165,000–$239,000 USD (commission-eligible). For Canada-based roles, annual base salary is $156,000–$226,000 CAD (commission-eligible).

What you will do

• Design and implement tailored security solutions integrating hirify.global’s SaaS platform with AWS services.
• Provide strategic guidance for integrating and leveraging generative AI solutions on scalable cloud infrastructures.
• Collaborate with AWS technical teams to establish strategic technical roadmaps and enablement.
• Drive technical workshops and training sessions for AWS partners.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including demos, architectural guidance, and customer engagement.
• Provide feedback to internal product and engineering teams to evolve products for the AWS partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS services in a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect role, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud computing.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Deep understanding of AWS services, architectures, best practices, and security-focused AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with identity standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2, OIDC) and modern security principles (zero trust, MFA, passwordless technologies).
• Expertise in designing solutions with IAM platforms (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS Cognito).
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts, protocols, and industry standards (network security, encryption, identity management, threat detection).
• In-depth knowledge of scalable cloud infrastructure principles and generative AI solutions like Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product, marketing).

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), AWS Certified Security Specialty, or relevant industry cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
